If you have an activity or project that is in need of funding, please download the Funding Requests Packet (either printable or fillable) below.  Complete the Funding Request form and return it to the Sierra Unified District Office, mail it to the Sierra Foundation, or e-mail the completed document to sierrafoundation@sierrausd.org . You will be contacted by a Sierra Foundation board member in regard to your request.
